Well, from what I understand, you’ve been nothing but a wonderful and protective mother to your daughter. I worry about school shootings when my kids go off to school everyday, so I think I can maybe relate to what you feel somewhat. You want that sense of control, but unfortunately, they have to go out into the world because that’s a part of life. So maybe you view it as something that’s necessary and good for your child’s development, to be interacting with their little peers on a daily basis.
