Torture is the appropriate word. Thank you - I did try it, had a bunch of sessions of neurofeedback early on, to no avail. Definitely a strange way to live. However, I’ve experienced some improvement over the last 6 months after working with an integrative doc. Still working with him, and just taking it day by day.
