Sorry you’re going through some dark times. As you know, I’m in a situation where my life has been stripped away and I’ve been mostly confined to my bedroom for the past 7 years. This might sound corny, but reading “stoic philosophy” recently has helped me to handle life better emotionally. Just a thought I had. Pills won’t solve the problem if it’s situational.
