Sorry, Christine. I told a very similar story on Facebook recently. It’s more than maddening and frustrating and even hurtful to know you’re right about your own medical condition but the doctor or consultant perceives it differently and, more importantly, erroneously.

I’m glad you filed a complaint. It’s really all you can do to prevent this from happening to another patient. You did your duty.
