RC, I believe rationality is in accordance with reason or logic and morality is the distinction between right and wrong. I have a great interest in moral philosophy, however. But for the purposes of this discussion, I argue that Putin is not “insane” but rather a “rational actor.” Of course, I could very well be wrong.
