Listening to meditation music for an hour before bed with the lights dimmed might be helpful.

Taking a magnesium supplement if they sell them there might also help.

Paradoxically, trying to stay awake instead of trying to fall asleep works sometimes.

Basically, it’s about getting as relaxed as possible and not trying hard to sleep, which can have the opposite effect, but rather focusing on relaxing.
