It certainly possible that it’s long Covid.

A lot of the doctors aren’t really up-to-date on the latest research, and some consider “post-viral” illness to be a nebulous diagnosis.
If you can have a doctor run blood tests to check your MMP-9 and C4a levels, then that might be helpful and perhaps shed some light.
