I'm sure this was difficult for you to write. I was hoping for a happy ending but I see you're still in the thick of it. Addiction is a monster, as you know. Both my cousins died from heroin overdose, as well as my uncle. They'd lie, cheat, and steal and do whatever they could to obtain that drug. I can only imagine how hard it must be to try and navigate the range of emotions you experience by being married to an addict. Wishing you and your husband the best.
