I love your love of comedy. I grew up with actor and comedian Amy Poehler. I’m friends with her brother, Greg, who is also an actor. He had his own sitcom, a light comedy, for two seasons on NBC (American TV network). I’m always on the lookout for that message from him that says:

“Dave, I know you’re not a seasoned comedy writing professional, but I saw a humor article you wrote on Medium. Well, the creative team and I talked it over and we want to hire you as our head comedy writer for our new TV pilot on HBO.”

Sadly, I haven’t received that message yet.
