I agree with what you say. Good article. I had a really good friend who was a black male. One day, he told me what it felt like to be discriminated against based on skin color. People are savages and we can be quite cruel to one another, but at the same time, there is a lot of good in humanity. Being more mindful, as you say, makes things better for all.
